Facilities Management & Maintenance Users Group (FMMUG)
A community comprised of users across Maximo, Envizi, and Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (bringing forward the legacy power of TRIRIGA) who are in the business of managing, operating, and maintaining facilities. Workshops are open to users from all geographical locations, industries, and verticals.
This group was established to support, promote, and serve the Facilities Management & Maintenance Community through the sharing of knowledge and experiences, showcasing successes, identifying challenges, and building relationships. Our goal is to gain a better understanding of how to best utilize IBM Asset Management and Sustainability platforms—seamlessly bridging the trusted foundations of TRIRIGA with the future of the Maximo ecosystem—within all types of facilities.
FMMUG Workshop February 2 – 4, 2027
MaximoGroups.org is pleased to announce that planning is officially underway with the FMMUG Steering Committee for an in-person workshop on February 2–4, 2027, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Berkeley Marina (200 Marina Blvd, Berkeley, CA)! Our team is looking forward to bringing the facilities management and maintenance community back together for presentations and discussions on Maximo, Envizi, and Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (formerly TRIRIGA) usage, tips, and tricks. This event will ensure all group members are fully up to speed on the latest IBM Asset Management and Sustainability offerings, gracefully bridging the trusted foundations of TRIRIGA with the future of the integrated Maximo ecosystem.
