The Facilities Management & Management Users Group (FMMUG) is one of five MaximoGroups.org Communities. MaximoGroups.org Communities are designed to share knowledge and experience, to showcase successes, to highlight challenges, and to generally provide a means to develop professional and personal relationships to gain a better understanding of how to best utilize IBM Sustainability Platform offerings. These Communities understand that Vendor participation provides greater opportunity for all to share and learn through direct interaction via presentation and discussions.
MaximoGroups.org Partner fees are workshop-based. Workshops are two-day, in-person, on-site, and held throughout the year.
The MaximoGroups.org FMMUG group partner programs has three levels as outlined below, to provide vendors with opportunities that the FMMUG Community Leadership Team believes will benefit both organizations.
MaximoGroups.org reserves the right to limit the type, availability and opportunities of group partners.

CAMPUS (PREMIUM) VENDOR PARTNER
This level of partner entitles the vendor to exhibit and present at Workshops during the calendar year and includes the following:
- Up to two (2) Partner staff present at Workshop,
- Your logo, company description (up to 150 words), and link to your website on the Partner page of FMMUG.org website for calendar year,
- Included as partner in FMMUG workshop marketing,
- Use of the FMMUG Community Partner logo in any of your company marketing information,
- Access to Vendor Portal and to Attendee information (GDPR compliant),
- Partner Pavilion exhibit space approximately 10’ x 10’ depending on space availability. One 6’ table and two chairs are provided, electrical service (120V) and internet access, if available,
- Partner Pavilion Recognition as ‘Gift Card’ Partner,
- Priority for MAXTalk presentation,
- Priority for Rountable moderator / subject matter expert.
The fee for the Campus level is twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00 US)
DIRECTOR (BASE) VENDOR PARTNER
This level of partner entitles the vendor to exhibit and present at Workshops during the calendar year and includes the following:
- Up to two (2) Partner staff present at Workshop,
- Your logo, company description (up to 150 words), and link to your website on the Partner page of FMMUG.org website for calendar year,
- Included as partner in FMMUG workshop marketing,
- Use of the FMMUG Community Partner logo in any of your company marketing information,
- Access to Vendor Portal and to Attendee information (GDPR compliant),
- Partner Pavilion exhibit space approximately 10’ x 10’ depending on space availability. One 6’ table and two chairs are provided, electrical service (120V) and internet access, if available.
The fee for the Director level is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00 US)
ENGINEER (EXPRESS) VENDOR PARTNER
This level of partner entitles the vendor to attend Workshops during the calendar year and includes the following:
- One (1) Partner staff present at Workshop,
- Your logo, company description (up to 150 words), and link to your website on the Partner page of FMMUG.org website for calendar year,
- Included as partner in FMMUG workshop marketing,
- Use of the FMMUG Community Partner in any of your company marketing information,
- Access to Vendor Portal and to Attendee information (GDPR compliant).
The fee for the Engineer level is fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00 US)
