Are You…

  • A Facilities Manager or part of the Leadership team?
  • A Front-end Maximo User?
  • An I/T Professional who supports Maximo?
  • Interested in learning more about Facilities Operations and/or Maximo?

YES you should attend!

Here’s what we offer…

Specialized tracks

We know that all different types and levels of users attend our conference, so we are breaking out our presentations into tracks! We will have specialized tracks that hone in on what you want to know.

  • Facility Management Tracks will provide presentations from the 30,000 ft level. See how Maximo can increase productivity and lower your bottom line.
  • Functional Tracks will provide the “show room” view presentations of Maximo. See what there is to see.
  • Technical Tracks will provide the “under the hood” presentations of Maximo. Get in and get your hands dirty.

Certification

That’s right! Get your IBM Certifications at the Annual FMMUG Conference. We will be offering a variety of certifications. Stay tuned for more details…

Training

We will be holding training at a deep discount on Day 3 of the conference. Extend your stay by one day and you can return to work with some additional skills.

Networking

During the conference there are ample opportunities to network with other users, IBM, and vendors. Get your questions answered by the experts on-site and face-to-face. We offer a Sunday night mixer, Monday night Vendor night, Thursday IBM presents Pulse Comes to You, and plenty of networking lunches throughout the conference.

Want to speak at the conference?

The key to making this an outstanding conference is your participation!  We would like to have you share with others how you are using Maximo - it doesn’t matter what version you’re on - someone else out there is working on that version and wants to improve their process.  All papers submitted will be considered by the executive steering committee; please follow the guidelines shown below to submit your abstract.  Abstracts must be submitted by February 10, 2012 to be considered.

Please plan on allowing 45 minutes for your presentation with an additional 15 minutes for questions.

Guidelines for Paper Submissions

The entire abstract paper must not exceed 250 words (excluding author’s name and company).

Please structure your paper as follows:

  •       The title of the paper should be in bold font.
  •       The title should be as concise and short as possible.
  •       Don’t use capitals, codes or acronyms, unless necessary.
  •       List the name of your company, and all authors with the name of the presenting author in bold font.
  •       Your submission must include a summary of the presentation content.
  •       The paper must be delivered by a FMMUG Maximo “customer” not a vendor.  Vendors may help by coauthoring a paper.
